    Actalent is urgently hiring for an Assistant Director of Patient Services!

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Patient Services. This role is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented RN with a strong history in home care and supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

    Qualifications:

    + Current RN license in good standing (New York State)

    + Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health

    + Proven supervisory or leadership experience

    + Proficiency in UAS-NY assessments and home care evaluations

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Experience with chart audits and regulatory preparedness is a plus

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct initial assessments for new home care cases

    + Oversee and review documentation submitted by field nurses to ensure accuracy and compliance

    + Prepare for audits by maintaining up-to-date and compliant patient records

    + Perform chart audits and implement quality improvement measures

    + Collaborate with the Director of Patient Services to support staff development and operational goals

    + Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff

    The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
