    Job Title: Plumbing Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing projects, including new construction and service work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plumbing codes, a proven track record of passing inspections, and strong leadership and people skills. Familiarity with construction and service management platforms such as Procore, Service Titan, etc. is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    + Plan and coordinate plumbing crews across multiple job sites.

    + Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and passes required inspections.

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

    + Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

    + Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

    + Utilize project management software (Procore, ServiceTitan, etc) to track progress, manage documentation, and communicate with team members.

    + Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbing staff to maintain high performance and morale.

    + Drive company growth by identifying opportunities and building relationships with clients.

    + Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction or service work.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.

    + In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection processes.

    + Proficiency in Procore, ServiceTitan, or other project management programs.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

    + Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems.

    + Customer-focused mindset.

    + Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug test.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Certifications preferred.

    Work Environment

    The position is full-time and involves managing various aspects of plumbing projects. The role requires frequent site visits to ensure compliance and quality, using project management software for efficient communication and documentation. A professional and customer-focused mindset is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
