    $89,000 - $118,600

    The Job You Will Perform:

    The Recycling Division Senior Analyst works as part of the Recycling Business Finance Team to provide business planning, reporting, analytical, and accounting support for the consolidated Recycling Business. This position reports directly to the Recycling FP&A Manager and additional key customers include the Recycling Business Controller, Recycling North American Plants Controller and Recycling Commercial Controller. Key deliverables include: Recycling Business P&L and performance analysis, Forecasts, Annual Budget, Business Division Allocation management and other accounting activities for the overall business.

     

    + Month-End Closing, reporting, and analysis of month-end operating and financial results for the consolidated Recycling Business

    + Provide business analytical support to the Business Managers and Business Leadership

    + Monitor internal controls and applicable reporting and support efforts to ensure internal controls are in place for compliance with corporate and business policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    + Supports Recycling Business forecasting, budgeting, MBR, and other performance reporting processes

    + Drives efforts to monitor improvement initiatives and measure Recycling Business performance via robust reporting & analytics

    + Support Annual Operating Planning and Strategic Plan processes

    + Acts as a business consultant to develop business processes, supported by standard work, to facilitate strategic business initiatives and ensure compliance

    The Skills You Will Bring:

    + B.S./B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance

    + 5+ years of related work experience

    + Computer software proficiency in: Advanced Excel, SAP, Business ERP Systems, Data Analytics Platforms, PowerPoint

    + Exposure to and willingness to learn and further skills related to AO, BPC, Power BI, and other data analytical tools skills

    + Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GAAP, Internal Controls, and company financial policies

    + Business experience involving general accounting activities, closing & reporting, analytics, and budgeting preferred

    + Experience and understanding of strategic thinking, value creation, and optimization activities a plus
