    Job Summary

    The Operations Consultant II is responsible for planning, scheduling, and completing operations improvement projects. Facilitates and directs work activities for staff and students. Focus on agile/general process improvement approach at the division level. This delivers operational improvement, financial benefit, and enhanced patient satisfaction. Stewards progress and deliverables as a liaison between site operations, senior management, and the director of Lean Operations Support.

    Key Success Factors

    + Demonstrated self-direction and results orientation

    + Excellent data and problem-solving skills applying advanced techniques

    + Expertise in lean, process and operations improvement; exceptional facilitator, able to teach how to apply the concepts of projects and programs and initiatives.

    + Consulting and/or project management experience

    + Exceptional oral and written communication skills

    + Ability to conduct professional presentations for executive level and frontline audiences

    + Ability to prioritize, plan and execute

    + Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, power point, and graphic presentation software

    + Politically sensitive to the dynamic interplay that occurs between systems and sites

    + Willing to travel 20-60% of the time (local travel)

    + Critical thinking and data skills

    Additional Responsibilities and Focus Areas

    + **Program Management:** Lead and coordinate cross-functional programs from initiation through execution ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of outcomes. Develop program plans, manage resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation.

    + **Strategic Initiatives:** Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, plan, and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and transformation. Conduct market and internal analyses to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

    + **Consumer Centric:** Champion consumer-first mindset by integrating patient and customer perspectives into operational improvements. Design and implement initiatives that enhance the consumer experience, improve service delivery, and foster engagement across all touchpoints.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + **EDUCATION** - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

    + **EXPERIENCE** - 3 Years of Experience
