    **Essential Duties/Responsibilities** :

    + Directly support the sales organization in overall targeted growth, operational efficiency improvements, and capital allocation initiatives by analyzing commercial performance metrics and providing data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic business planning and tactical execution plans

    + Partners with Sales leaders, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to define key commercial performance metrics and anticipate data reporting needs or trends that need to be monitored for potential threats or opportunities

    + Develops the vision for and manages implementation of an analytics roadmap for new tools, reports, and dashboards that align with the company’s Digital Transformation

    + Identifies data gaps or opportunities for efficiency improvements that require large-scale process changes or technology investments such as predictive analytics. Directs analytics initiatives from ideation through production and adoption with support from IT and the Business Analytics Team

    + SME for salesforce analytics (Qlik and Salesforce Tableau CRM).

    + Drive data accessibility and culture by helping the Commercial Team understand, observe, and action data.

    + Develop data models and tools to guide Salesforce and territory design decisions.

    + Builds and continuously evaluates reports to ensure efficient, streamlined consumption of relevant insights from accurate data

    + Develops data models and tools to guide customer tier segmentation and territory design decisions.

    + Collaborate with the Master Data Management team to establish governance protocols for customer master data and a roadmap to update customer master data. Liaise with Master Data Analysts to identify and execute required changes

     

    Required Minimum Qualifications

    Education/Certifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business or equivalent regional certification.

    + Advanced degree (Master’s Degree) in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science is desirable

    Skills and Experience:

    + Minimum 7 years of industry experience in marketing, finance, or sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    + Deep knowledge of commercial processes & tools and the key operational metrics that impact growth.

    + Understanding of statistical analysis, data management and modeling, SQL, Python, data visualization tools, CRM, sales automation, Salesforce, machine learning algorithms and data science techniques.

    + Strong project management skills.

    + The ability to tell a story using data from multiple data sources.

    + Experience working in a matrix environment where creating collaboration and influence are required for generating results.

    + Interpersonal skills, relationship builder & team player

    + High proficiency with using Qlik or similar analytics tools.

    + Strong acumen in structured problem solving is required.

    **Job Environment** :
