As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional care and programs, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Improvement Specialist to support our Quality team.

    As the Quality Improvement Specialist, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Quality Improvement Team. You’ll help implement quality initiatives, maintain critical documentation, and ensure that our internal processes align with regulatory standards and agency goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative support including report preparation, meeting coordination, and file maintenance.

    + Assist in implementing the Agency’s Quality Improvement Plan and Incident Review Committee initiatives.

    + Maintain accurate records of incidents, policies, and corrective action plans.

    + Coordinate and document department meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up tracking.

    + Participate in an incident on-call rotation, supporting timely response and investigations.

    + Manage department supplies and maintain organized resources.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma required; Business/Secretarial School a plus.

    + Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple team members.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    Work Schedule:

    + Regularly scheduled 35-hour workweek with on-call rotations.

    + Hours may vary to accommodate training and agency needs.
