What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Private Duty Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in helping medically fragile clients thrive at home. Your responsibilities may include:

+ Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

+ Providing g-tube, trach, and ventilator care

+ Monitoring vital signs and overall client condition

+ Assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and mobility support

+ Educating and supporting the client and their family

+ Communicating any changes in condition to the care team and documenting thoroughly

+ Following a detailed plan of care while adapting to the unique needs of each client

+ Collaborating with clinical supervisors and care coordinators to ensure the best possible outcomes

You’ll work independently—but never alone. Our nurse supervisors and 24/7 support team are always available to guide and assist you.
