What will I be doing?

Responsible for architecture and strategies centered around Hilton's Loyalty technology initiatives\. Follow the defined agile methodology delivering industry\-leading solutions with outstanding quality and performance\. Demonstrate the core principles of development practices and ensure these principles are followed throughout the team\. Provide day\-to\-day technical guidance to the development teams\. Ensure quality and consistency of the software development across the system\. Define the system, technical, and application architecture areas of development\. Job requires up to 5% of domestic travel\.

**Salary:** $135,500 \- $155,500 per year

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and five \(5\) years of progressive experience in Software Development or a related position\.

Requires experience with working in an environment with Kanban agile development; utilizing DevOps, and Security considerations, Splunk, and Atlassian Suite; using Java, IIS, \.NET Framework, SQL \(SSIS, SSRS\), Windows Server and SAML; analyzing and evaluating application requirements to determine appropriate systems software solutions; Agile Development, Database experience, and Cloud expertise; and configuring test applications utilizing relevant programming language\.
