    Summary

    This job is responsible for operating material handling equipment in a safe manner for the purpose of moving, locating, stacking and counting merchandise.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Read daily order sheet to be able to select and move the correct tote of product

    + Move finished pallets of product from the roasting room to the warehouse or loading dock

    + Moves empty totes to be cleaned

    + Handles inventory receiving transactions

    + Adheres to all company policies and safety rules

    + Assist other packaging employees within their job duties including using chemicals and water to clean and sanitize packaging equipment, palletizing and break down empty totes

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Typical Education

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Relevant Experience

    1+ years related experience and/or training

    Required Certifications

    Other Information

     

    Ability to safely operate a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and high stacking totes.
