    The CareBridge Support Advisor is responsible for representing CareBridge and its 24/7-member support program and building relationships in community-based settings. Specializing in our congregate facilities markets.

     

    **Location:** Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

    How will you make an impact:

    + Supports the community outreach and account team.

    + Assists with and completes communication plans to educate facility administrative and medical staff, provider agencies, and others in a community-based setting.

    + Communicates merits of enrolling members in services to achieve the growth goals.

    + Maintains current customer information across the market and specifically by facility and/or agency to update market sales plans.

    + Prepares and submits periodic outreach and engagement activity reports.

    + Supports internal teams and works collaboratively with multiple business units to improve operations, communications, processes, and services.

    + Provides administrative support to teams and completes ad hoc projects.

    + Attends conference calls, trainings, meetings.

    + Participates in and identifies local and regional conventions to represent the organization and its services.

    + Travels to customer sites or other offsite locations as necessary.

    Minimum requirements:

    + Requires BS/BA diploma or equivalent and minimum 2 years of sales experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

    + Flexibility and ability to travel to onsite locations in KS, FL, OH, IN, AZ, IA,TN. Residency in a centrally located state to ensure easy access to these locations is preferred.

    + Proven experience in traveling to and engaging with congregate facilities, including communal housing, senior living, and group homes with varying levels of care.

    + Familiarity with clinical settings or a solid background in working within congregate facilities, communal housing, senior living, or group homes is highly preferred.

    + Demonstrated success in building relationships and liaising with executive leadership, including informing and educating them about the CareBridge product offerings.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with a notable preference for candidates who have experience in senior living environments.

    + Experience in community settings, including conducting thorough assessments for members, is essential.

    + Prior experience working collaboratively with clinicians and healthcare executives to achieve organizational goals.
