Adolescent Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Shift: 36/48 Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Start Date: July 28, 2025

Pay Rate: $45 per hour (travel rate available)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adolescent Psych Nurse to join our team in Fuquay Varina, NC. This position involves working 12-hour night-shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have experience in adolescent psychiatric care and a passion for helping young patients navigate their mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct patient care to adolescents with psychiatric conditions.

+ Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

+ Conduct assessments and document patient progress.

+ Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and coping strategies.

Qualifications:

+ Valid RN license in North Carolina.

+ Experience in adolescent psychiatric nursing preferred.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
