    Responsibilities

    + Develop and track comprehensive Preventive Maintenance plan.

    + Conduct PM training on new and existing equipment.

    + Propose requisition and maintain equipment and supplier.

    + Coordinate a variety of tasks related to maintaining and improving company facilities and equipment.

    + Daily scheduling of maintenance duties.

    + Manage the Preventative Maintenance program.

    + Maintain data entry of all maintenance logs.

    + Ensure maintenance activities are consistently and properly documented and filed.

    + Determines, plans, and orders required routine and critical spare parts for the maintenance departments.

    + Ensure that product cages are neat and organized.

    + Coordinate with supervisors, managers and employees to respond to maintenance issues and requests.

    + Attends meetings to evaluate needs and methods for improving maintenance operations.

    + Supervise Maintenance Inventory Assistant.

    + Complete annual performance review for Maintenance Inventory Assistant.

    Qualifications

    + Excellent communication skills are required and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization including outside vendors.

    + Must be able to perform multi-task operations while maintaining exceptional performance.

    + Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to achieve team objectives including decision making and problem solving.

    + Must be detailed oriented and very well organized.

    + Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

    + Working knowledge of Sage 200.

    + Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.

    + Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds minimum.
