    + We’re hiring a Technical Lead for the Boise Blood Bank, a frontline leadership role supporting quality, operations, training, and daily workflow in our Transfusion Services department.This position is a blend of bench expertise and leadership accountability, ideal for someone who thrives in both technical detail and people development. You’ll work side by side with a highly skilled team, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care for our patients.We’re looking for someone who brings:

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Bachelor's degree.

    + Experience: 4 years' experience.

    + Certification: Must have one of the following:

    + Blood Banking (ASCP_BB)

    + Chemistry (ASCP_C)

    + Cytogenetics (CYGT)

    + Cytotechnologist (ASCP_CT)

    + Hematology (ASCP_H)

    + Histotechnologist (ASCP_HTL)

    + Microbiology (ASCP_M)

    + Molecular Biology (ASCP_MB)

    + Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP_MLS)

    + Medical Technologist (ASCP_MT or AMT_MT)

    + Medical Lab Technician (ASCP-MLT).
