Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The Wellness Coordinator's duties will include:
+ Assist with design and development of detailed strategic plan for outcomes focused health and productivity management programs
+ Provide hands-on engagement with participants including programming (i.e. wellness challenges) and health coaching
+ Develop plan for and disseminate cutting edge health and wellness communications using all available resources
+ Work collaboratively with internal and external program stakeholders
+ Manage and prioritize multiple requests and projects simultaneously
+ Track and measure program outcomes and communicate results to key stakeholders
+ Develop budget and strategic plan for the overall program and various targeted interventions
+ Work collaboratively with the J and Florida Blue on other community outreach initiatives
+ Assist with the coordination of wellness committee activities, providing tactical support and coordination for monthly onsite health promotion programs
+ Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate would have:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion or a Wellness related discipline
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or group wellness program management
+ Master's Degree preferred
+ Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and presentation skills required
+ Proficient in technology applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs
