    As a Project Manager/ Superintendent with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you'll support a Multi - Family 3 story project in Sacramento, Ca. This project is a 3 story hotel that is being converted to a Multi - Family. In this role, you will enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. The ideal candidate will have construction software experience, is a highly respected leader and mentor who can work successfully with top architects, designers, subcontractors as well as our sophisticated cliental. Our Project Manager/ superintendent oversees all on-site construction, they must have the ability to track progress against the schedule and budget. This candidate must be comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced nature of our growing company. This is an exciting and fun industry. We love what we do, and our superintendents/ Project Managers must share this passion.

     

    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $100k - $113K Annually. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Construction software experience

    + Procore (or similar) and PlanGrid experience. This person should know how to process submittals; RFIs; Sub Change Orders; etc. .

    + Execute plans and schedules

    + Responsible for quality control and daily inspections

    + Must maintain and share daily logs, photos, and updates with the team

    + Communicate daily with subcontractors and contract admin

    + Experienced with overseeing Elevator installation

    + Must understand and follow the terms of our construction contracts and subcontracts

    + Maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site ? Manage and receive material deliveries

    + Work with office administration as needed to support documentation

    + Find creative solutions to problems

    + Must be aware of and meet deadlines . Supervise all on-site labor

    Qualifications:

    + Proficient in processing submittals; RFIs; Sub Change Orders; etc..

    + 5+ years in commercial construction Project management/ Superintendent role

    + Ability to read, interpret and manage changes to architectural/finish plans and specifications

    + Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control and quality control

    + Must be able to manage subcontractors and understand and implement best sequencing

    + Excellent organization, time management and detail-oriented skills- ability to use good judgment for decisions

    + Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines

    + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability maintain a calm and respectful demeanor

    + High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Sage, Plan Grid, Procore, and other scheduling software.
