Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent organization by delivering exceptional hiring experiences and operational support for all bank departments. This position requires an understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding processes in addition to a foundational knowledge of talent management. Working under limited supervision, the Recruiting Coordinator supports interview scheduling, pre-employment verification, post-hire onboarding, and Talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
+ Performs scheduling and coordination for Talent activities including, but not limited to, virtual interviews, on-site interviews and planned hiring events.
+ Exceeds hiring manager and candidate expectations by taking ownership and balancing priorities with urgency to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.
+ Communicates effectively with stakeholders during candidate pre-employment verification including, but not limited to, conducting criminal backgrounds verification and credit checks.
+ Conducts post-hire onboarding processes, ensuring best-in-class experiences for new hires in alignment with Talent Management programs.
+ Adheres to bank policies and established procedures while managing tasks in support of recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.
+ Evaluates processes and recommends solutions to mitigate risk and strengthen the control environment in the Talent organization.
+ Analyzes metrics and reports on trends to continuously improve quality and results.
+ Supports Talent initiatives, vendor management and program management.
+ Performs additional duties within the Human Resources organization as needed.
Educational Requirements
+ University (Degree) Preferred

Preferred Qualifications
+ Banking industry experience
+ Experience supporting multiple Recruiters and coordinating interviews
+ Experience collecting and verifying background documents for new hires
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
+ Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
+ Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work.
