You will contribute to the team's projects and core business tasks, helping advance our strategic themes of service ease and accessibility, intelligent customer interactions, associate engagement, and risk management.

+ Learn on the job with standard operating procedures (SOPs), training documentation and Jackson approved technical standards.

+ Discover your strengths for delivering on business value.

+ Collaborate with team members, investigating problems and creating innovative solutions.

+ Develop knowledge and expertise in sales tactics with a customer focus.

+ Build your professional network across each of the disciplines.

+ Apply sales strategies, customer service principles and business acumen to pitch your unique value proposition to Jackson.

+ Weekly maximum of 29 hours, minimum of 18 hours required.

+ Self-driven schedules based on your unique availability.

+ Flexible shifts are offered Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with preferred availability during core business hours (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday shifts are available from 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM.

+ Shift duration preference: With cohort style training, we strongly prefer three shifts per week are a minimum of three hours in duration, all others a minimum of 2 hours.

+ Passionate about kick-starting a career in Sales or Distribution.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.

Juniors or Seniors pursuing a four-year degree preferred. Exceptional sophomores, those pursuing a 2 year degree, or recent graduates will be considered.

Degrees/Minors in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business, Communication and Hospitality preferred.

3.0 minimum GPA required.
