    Mease Countryside Hospital is currently seeking a full-time **Pharmacy Technician Operations Supervisor** .

    Position Details:

    + **Facility:** Mease Countryside Hospital

    + **Location:** Safety Harbor, FL

    + **Status:** Full Time

    + **Shift Hours:** 7:30AM - 4:00PM

    + **Weekend Work:** None

    + **On Call:** No

    Pharmacy Technician Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

    + Support in overseeing applicable pharmacy department operations

    + Responsible for efficient and safe preparation and delivering of medication to support patient care.

    + Provide oversight for Pharmacy Technicians within the department to maintain proper pharmacy operations

    + Serve as a liaison for the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor.

    + Facilitate onboarding of new team members and ensure competency of existing team members.

    + Competent working in several areas of the department including inventory management, controlled substance management, and pharmacy technology to serve as a resource to the Pharmacy Team.

    + Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, assist in troubleshooting any issues regarding the pharmacy operations workflow, knowledge in regulatory and quality compliance, and the ability to complete assigned projects and maintain other responsibilities assigned by the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor or Pharmacy Manager.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Graduate or Equivalent GED

    + Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
