**BayCare** is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled **Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapis** t to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children achieve their highest level of physical function and independence.

Pediatric Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

+ Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on age, diagnosis, and functional goals.

+ Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and overall physical development.

+ Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support patient progress and carryover of therapy goals at home.

+ Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

+ Coordinate care with occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team.

+ Participate in continuing education and maintain licensure and certifications as required.

+ Maintain a safe and welcoming clinical environment for children and families.

**Certifications and Licensures** :

+ Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ Required PT (Physical Therapy)

+ Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain

+ Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months

Requirements:

+ Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy

+ Preferred Master's Physical Therapy

+ Preferred Doctorate's Physical Therapy

+ Preferred 1 year Physical Therapist
