    The Terminal Foreman II role is based in Cementon/Catskill NY plant and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material handling.

    + Coordinate and supervise loading/unloading activities and equipment maintenance.

    + Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to meet delivery schedules.

    + Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental regulations.

    + Train and support terminal staff to maintain high performance and operational excellence.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.

    + Strong understanding of terminal logistics, safety protocols, and equipment handling.

    + Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

    + Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

    + Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

    Work Environment

    This role operates in an industrial terminal setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, and high-traffic areas. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
