    Job Description

    Our client is looking for a Technical PM, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer to provide client support/oversight. Our client's product is a proprietary voice AI customer service/call center platform, and this PM will be responsible for overseeing implementations, making sure the customers are using it properly, leading customer calls, troubleshooting technical client issues/questions, monitoring customer interactions, build scorecard rubrics, etc. This PM must be a self-starter/go-getter that requires minimal supervision/direction. The client would ideally like this PM to sit in Indianapolis, but is open to remote work.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experience as a highly technical Project Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer

     

    Running implementations, fielding technical customer questions, monitoring customer interactions, client onboarding, etc.

     

    Background working for a SaaS organization

    Start-up experience

    Intellectually curious/internally motivated null
