    Job Summary

    The Program Manager – OEM Integrations leads strategic integration initiatives, serving as the primary liaison between SHI and OEM partners to ensure high-quality, compliant system integrations. This role establishes KPIs, drives process improvements, and manages program progress while supporting onboarding and cross-functional efforts. As a subject matter expert, the Program Manager mentors team members, oversees integration documentation, and prepares compliance reports. The role also collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, participates in audits, and supports continuous improvement of integration and compliance processes.

    Role Description

    + Lead multiple OEM integration initiatives, establishing KPIs and performance metrics to measure program success.

    + Coordinate and track the progress of integration projects, evaluating overall effectiveness and ensuring timely delivery.

    + Collaborate closely with OEM partners and internal teams to define integration requirements, deliverables, and quality standards.

    + Refine and document integration processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

    + Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement strategies using data analysis and best practices.

    + Serve as the primary representative for OEM integrations during onboarding and departmental transitions.

    + Communicate program goals, expectations, and status updates clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    + Manage and maintain detailed integration documentation, compliance reports, and project records.

    + Participate in internal and external audits, supporting quality and compliance initiatives related to OEM integrations.

    + Mentor and guide team members on integration best practices, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the department.

    Skill Level Requirements

    + Ability to thoroughly understand and analyze contracts and statements of work. - Intermediate

    + The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, and Visio to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Intermediate

    + Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with C-suite executives and other leaders, ensuring alignment of strategic initiatives and organizational objectives. - Intermediate

    + Understanding of Information Technology products and solutions to effectively evaluate, implement, and support technological initiatives within an organization. - Intermediate

    + Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with business partners, ensuring collaborative success and strategic alignment. - Intermediate

    Other Requirements

    + Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required

    + 5+ years of experience in sales/sales support, partner support, or a similar role

    + Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events

    + Ability to travel 10%

     

    The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 which includes a [compensation structure]. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
