Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting the facility's maintenance and production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor

**Location:** Franklin, Wisconsin

**Pay Range:** Up to $93,000

What's the Job?

+ Collaborate with the Plant Engineer, Maintenance Manager, and facility management to enhance employee safety and production quality.

+ Supervise maintenance and capital projects to ensure optimal equipment reliability and effectiveness.

+ Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems and utilities.

+ Implement corrective actions based on maintenance performance indicators to improve overall equipment effectiveness.

+ Engage in planning, evaluating, and organizing to ensure effective team management and development.

What's Needed?

+ A minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience in a dairy, food, or beverage manufacturing environment.

+ Proven supervisory experience with a focus on team development and performance management.

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and HVAC equipment.

+ Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot instrumentation.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
