Job Purpose:

To assist unit in processing daily account activity. To provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures.

Functions & Responsibilities:

+ Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines.

+ Support servicing teams by ensuring real-time updating of agency management system.

+ Review and support document download process from carrier partners.

+ Work directly with carriers to procure important policy documents and notices.

+ Liaise with Accounting department on research and justification of premium charges as compared with endorsements and invoices.

+ Perform other specific duties as directed by the Account Executive.

+ Pursue a program of professional development.

Qualifications:

+ Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills

+ Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance

+ Good typing skills and computer literacy

+ Ability to work within designated time frames

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ P&C license preferred

+ College degree or equivalent work experience

Required Skills:

+ Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must

The expected pay range for this position is $30.21 an hour to $46.15 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
