    Job Description:

    The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    * Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders. Operate warehouse picking equipment. Lift up to 35lbs. Climb ladders. Repetitive motion, standing & stooping. Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions. Receive and put away incoming product.

    * Responsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

    * Keep work area clean and orderly. Follow all safety rules and practices.

    * Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives.

    Required Qualifications:

    * Must reside within 50 miles of work location; no relocation benefit provided for this position.

    * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

    Preferred Skills:

    * Previous experience in warehouse operations.

    * Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

    * Strong attention to detail.

    * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    * Excellent teamwork and communication skills
