    Description

    We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our dynamic company. With at least three years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will deliver actionable insights through financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide decision support to leadership, and play a vital role in shaping the company’s financial strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and improve financial models to aid in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

    + Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

    + Variance Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, and provide explanations to key stakeholders.

    + Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate and timely reports, including monthly financial statements, KPI reviews, and ad hoc analyses.

    + Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions and identify opportunities to improve performance.

    + Investment/Project Evaluation: Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for proposed projects and initiatives.

    + Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide context to company performance.

    + Automation & Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes and reporting by identifying inefficiencies and recommending tools or techniques for scaling efficiencies.

    + Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, department heads, and other team members to provide data-driven insights that guide strategy.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.

    + Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields.

    + Technical Skills:

    + Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., financial functions, pivot tables, data visualization).

    + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

    + Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    + Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

    + Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial principles, GAAP, and basic accounting concepts.

    + Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
