Description

A growing services company is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help build strong teams and deliver a smooth candidate experience. You’ll be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring process. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others succeed, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters

+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

+ Post job openings and manage job board activity

+ Assist with candidate communications and offer letters

+ Support onboarding logistics and new hire paperwork

+ Track recruiting metrics and generate reports for HR leadership

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

+ 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR support

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
