Join our client's team as a Contract Billing Analyst! This contract position is designed for a highly organized and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the financial accuracy and operational excellence of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare, process, and review client invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.

+ Analyze billing discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement solutions to maintain precise financial records.

+ Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts Receivable, Contracts, and Finance to gather necessary information for billing processes.

+ Ensure compliance with client-specific billing requirements, company policies, and relevant regulations.

+ Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities, contract terms, and payment schedules.

+ Generate detailed billing and revenue reports to support management in decision-making.

+ Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of experience working as a Billing Analyst, Accounts Receivable Specialist, or similar role.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).

+ Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

+ Knowledge of contract billing processes and financial compliance regulations is a plus.
