    Description

    A boutique consulting firm in Solana Beach, CA is looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support their internal HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a professional, client-facing environment and has a strong foundation in HR compliance, documentation, and employee support. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance

    + Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration

    + Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives

    + Coordinate training sessions and internal communications

    + Assist with HR reporting and policy updates

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

    + 2+ years of HR experience in a professional or corporate setting

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
