Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position is based in Irvine, California, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts while promoting a positive organizational culture.
• Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment and communication of benefits information.
• Utilize and maintain HRIS systems to manage employee data efficiently and generate reports as needed.
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and employee needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with managing employee benefits programs and addressing related inquiries.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee onboarding processes and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. TalentMatch®
