    Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro | $50-70K | Hybrid Schedule | Direct-Hire Opportunity

     

    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our client in Bloomington, MN. This is a key role that will manage a blend of administrative responsibilities, client communications, and business operations support.

     

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Provide administrative support for the CEO, including inbox management, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports

    + Serve as the first point of contact for clients—handle incoming communications, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely responses

    + Prepare client meeting materials and assist in drafting financial documents and reports

    + Handle day-to-day office management tasks (mail, supplies, scanning, filing, etc.)

    + Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items from client engagements

    + Help manage compliance documentation and coordinate with third-party providers as needed

    + Support marketing and business development efforts (e.g., client event coordination, newsletters, LinkedIn updates)

    Requirements

    • What You Bring:

    + 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (financial services or professional services preferred)

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with AI tools a plus

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

    + Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail

    + Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

    + Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    + Experience with client-facing support is highly valued
