    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

    + Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause

    + Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

    + Maintain customer records by updating account information

    + Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction

    + Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

    + Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    + Previous customer service experience is a plus

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
