About the role:

Camping World is seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to support the growth of our brands across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This role blends strategy, execution, creativity, and attention to detail, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, stays ahead of online trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create, schedule, and publish content across brand channels using a weekly content calendar.

+ Monitor online trends and proactively pitch and execute relevant content ideas promptly.

+ Edit short-form vertical videos (such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts) using Adobe Premiere.

+ Assist in building strong brand-consumer relationships through engaging, interactive content and community management.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and publishing consistency.

+ Design social-first graphics and visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

+ Support influencer activations, giveaways, and real-time campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

+ Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

+ Comfortable with a hybrid or work-from-home environment.

+ A strong grasp of social platform behaviors, trends, and visual storytelling.

+ Passion for content creation and a collaborative, proactive work style

+ Proficient in short-form video editing using Adobe Premiere and/or CapCut

+ Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Meta Business Suite)

+ Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines in a hybrid environment.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ An eye for creativity and design.

Preferred:

+ Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

+ Willingness to take direction, contribute ideas, and apply feedback quickly

+ Previous social media experience. Internship or entry-level experience on a social media, content, or marketing team (brand, agency, or creator-focused)

+ Being capable of creating motion graphics is a plus (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.)

+ Confident and outgoing personality, with a strong sense of storytelling

+ Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots or events

+ Interest in RVing, road trips, outdoor adventure, or travel content is a plus

Pay Range:

$55,335.00-$80,745.00 Annual
