• Production Associate 1st shift

    Adecco US, Inc. (Stuarts Draft, VA)


    We are seeking **reliable and hardworking Production Associates** to join our team for a special project requiring **manual hand stacking** and flexibility with evolving processes. This is a fast-paced, physical role where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.

    Schedule:

    + **1st Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

    + **Mandatory Overtime:** Sundays, 6:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (as scheduled)

    + Additional days/hours as needed based on production demands.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Hand stack and manually move product boxes for a special test-run project.

    + Assist with packaging, weighing, transporting, and arranging products and containers.

    + Flexibility required as processes may change during this new project.

    + Maintain a fast work pace with consistent productivity and quality output.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Regularly lift up to 25 pounds.

    + Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    + Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds with assistance.

    + Ability to bend, squat, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + At least **12 months of consistent work history** , preferably in a **manufacturing or production environment** .

    + Strong attendance record and proven reliability.

    Important Details:

    + Candidates who perform well may be considered for **full-time employment after 90 days** .

    + Former employees must be disclosed prior to hire for rehire eligibility checks.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
