    Now Hiring: Travel Home Health Physical Therapist

     

    Schedule: Day shift – M-F 8-430 or a Baylor weekend shift – F/S/S or S/S/M

     

    Duration: 13-17 weeks

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Implement a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain

    + Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence

    + Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support long-term outcomes

    + Conduct in-home patient assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility, and pain levels

    Qualifications:

    + Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required

    + Current AHA BLS is required

    + Ability to work independently in a home setting

    + Knowledge of Medicare/insurance guidelines using Oasis is Required

    + Matrix Care EMR preferred, but will train during orientation

    + 2 years of Home Health experience required

    Pay Breakdown:

    + $1,640 per week (taxable)

    + $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

    + Mileage reimbursement is $0.60 per mile

    **Pay Details:** $2,886.00 per week
