JOB SUMMARY

The Business System Analyst oversees master data management, ensures system integrity, and optimizes business processes across enterprise applications. This role involves managing vendor relationships, supporting operational reporting, and ensuring system accuracy across ERP, retail systems, FifcoNet and others. The role has strong technical expertise in enterprise applications, system configuration, data extraction, and process optimization, along with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ System Requirements & Configuration – Develop system requirements for enterprise applications, including Infor ERPLx, Accruent CMMS, Toast, Restaurant 365, and FifcoNet, ensuring alignment with business needs.2nd responsibility

+ ERP External Application Support – Provide technical assistance for ERP-integrated platforms including Nicelabels, QuikTrac, Formsprint, Spreadsheet Server, 1099 processing, and Sage Fixed Assets.

+ AS400 System Operations – Perform routine operations on the AS400, including month-end and year-end processing, ensuring system stability and financial accuracy.

+ Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Review daily job logs across enterprise systems, identifying errors and ensuring job completion for optimal system performance.

+ User Documentation & Training – Create and maintain end-user documentation and training materials for supported platforms, facilitating seamless system adoption and utilization.

+ Help Desk & Technical Support – Answer help desk tickets Level 2, manage SLAs, and provide ongoing support for ERP systems, FifcoNet, Toast, Compeat, and related interfaces.

+ Master Data & User Access Management – Set up and maintain user roles, item master, and customer master records within various applications including ERP applications, retail systems, and FifcoNet.

+ Compliance & Audit Support – Prepare and provide reports for annual audits, ensuring system integrity, financial compliance, and regulatory adherence

+ Hardware & System Maintenance – Manage physical time clocks, troubleshoot hardware issues, and coordinate vendor support when necessary.

+ Data Extraction & Reporting – Develop and support user-friendly data extracts through Access/Excel, leveraging WrkQry/views within Infor ERPLx (BPCS) for analysis and reporting.

+ Act as a project coordinator for IT application improvement and upgrade projects on core systems such as ERP, CMMS, Retail, FifcoNet etc.

+ Draft business requirements and perform user needs analysis on various projects where required.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science and management information systems preferred

+ 3 years successfully managing the performance and delivery of software and services subscribed to, developed by or supported by outside partners and vendors

+ 3 years’ experience with ERP systems

+ 3 years’ experience with retail and sales systems

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $54,000 – 81,100/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including health insurance!
