Job Title: Senior AccountantResponsibilities

+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.

+ Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.

+ Monitor and analyze revenue streams for trends and opportunities.

+ Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, costs, and billing milestones.

+ Maintain project accounting records, including time tracking and revenue forecasting.

+ Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

+ Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.

+ Participate in developing and implementing accounting procedures and controls.

+ Provide financial insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in general ledger management.

+ Experience with month-end processes.

+ Skill in journal entry preparation.

+ Ability to manage balance sheets.

+ Expertise in financial reporting.

+ Proficiency in using pivot tables.

+ Skill in account reconciliation.

+ Experience with financial statements.

+ Bank reconciliation expertise.

+ Knowledge of project accounting and WIP reporting.

+ Experience with VLOOKUP functions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
