    Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

     

    Pay Rate: $35.00/hour

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to assist project managers in overseeing and delivering successful IT projects. This contract assignment offers a dynamic environment where you’ll support key initiatives through organization, documentation, and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain and update IT project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports

    + Assign tasks and monitor progress against established timelines

    + Coordinate work hours and project schedules across teams

    + Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders

    + Organize and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders

    + Support budget tracking and expense management

    + Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones

    Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of experience supporting IT projects in a coordination or administrative capacity

    + Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    + Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
