    We’re looking for an Accounting & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends core accounting responsibilities with operational support, offering variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact every day.

    What You’ll Do

    + Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP

    + Manage Accounts Receivable and assist with Accounts Payable

    + Perform data entry and reconciliation in QuickBooks

    + Investigate and resolve discrepancies with a sharp eye for detail

    + Support internal financial controls and process improvements

    + Assist with invoicing, purchasing, and submitting purchase orders

    + Pitch in with administrative tasks like answering phones and greeting guests

    + Keep things organized with top-notch filing and documentation

    What You Bring

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)

    + 3+ years of accounting experience (preferred)

    + High mathematical aptitude and analytical mindset

    + A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
