How you create impact
Reporting to the Global Sea Logistics Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for offering comprehensive pricing packages to customers through partnership with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the management and the execution of the Pricing process by enhancing the coherence and knowledge among the various stakeholders. It is a highly analytical role that requires to consider data from multiple sources and develop complex pricing models that reflect margins as well as total spending while giving awareness for management decisions.
+ Ensure Global Pricing Process execution and adherence
+ Analysis of assigned RFQ and flag special requirements
+ Actively execute the launch of directly controlled Requests For RFQ’s
+ Take full accountability for the RFQs completion assigned
+ Run data quality analyses on the information received before final submission
+ Formulate timely and accurate responses to Global RFQs
+ Care taking of bunker formulas and rate adjustments (index)
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of Statistics for assigned area of responsibility
+ Ensure completeness and accuracy of TQT / Sea Tender database elements
+ Translating strategy into operational execution
+ Making complex decisions, demonstrating managerial courage and taking responsibility while managing risk
+ Act as a trusted and valued team-member showing availability, cooperation and support
What we would like you to bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics field
+ 5+ years Sea Logistics Pricing experience
+ 5+ years leadership experience including
+ Working knowledge of freight forwarding, imports, exports, LCL, and FCL shipments
+ Must have the ability to travel for business reasons
+ Must have the ability to work from the office 5 days per week

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
