Are you thinking about advancing your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Houston is looking for a new Revenue Care Specialist to join our Project Logistics team.

How you create impact

As our Revenue Care Center Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure that our Project Logistics clients are invoiced accurately and promptly across all modes of transport. You will be responsible for the revenue care within Project Logistics, collaborating with our the Project Logistics Customer Excellence team to solve discrepancies with the joint goal of timely closure of the FSL and accurate, timely invoicing. This specialist handles incoming supplier invoices, musing their problem-solving skills to identify and revolve any issues.

+ Invoice timeliness, accuracy and performance KPI for Project Logistics clients

+ Manage our accruals, recording and managing our relevant expenses

+ Handle tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and month end

+ Ensure the accuracy of all Project Logistics related invoice and supplier accrual data over its life cycle

+ Participate in cross-training of all functions for knowledge of revenue care, processes and systems

+ Support Centralization and Automation initiatives in the Revenue Care Center

+ Ensure all customer-specific invoicing (manual and e-invoice), documentation and systems are correctly used and managed to stop any payment delays or discrepancies

What we would like you to bring

+ Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or other related degree beneficial

+ Open to recent graduates, given relevant coursework in logistics and accounting

+ 2+ years experience in accounting, accounts payable, and/or accounts receivable

+ 1+ years experience in logistics preferred

+ Must have the ability to report to office 5 days per week

+ Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel

+ Open to recent graduates, given relevant coursework in logistics and accounting
