    Job Title: Thermal Spray Operator – Aviation Industry

    **Location:** Tulsa, Oklahoma

    **Job Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a dynamic team at the forefront of aviation manufacturing! As a Thermal Spray Operator, you’ll play a critical role in applying high-performance protective coatings to aerospace components. Your work will directly contribute to the safety, durability, and performance of aircraft parts used in commercial and military aviation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to metal components with precision and consistency

    + Perform essential pre- and post-coating tasks including masking, blasting, and blending

    + Set and adjust parameters such as spray pressure, temperature, and feed rate to meet exacting aerospace specifications

    + Inspect coated parts to ensure compliance with FAA-regulated quality standards

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Thermal spray experience is a must—ideally in an aerospace or industrial setting

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent math skills

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

    Preferred Experience

    + 2+ years in thermal spray, welding, or industrial painting

    + Familiarity with aviation manufacturing standards and FAA compliance

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $24.00/hr.
