Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will support production processes to meet customer deadlines. Whether you have previous electronic manufacturing experience or are looking to start a career in this field, we welcome candidates from various backgrounds including retail, fast food, and other manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

+ Participate in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

+ Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

+ Learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

+ Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.

+ Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.

+ Maintain a working knowledge of production standards and goals.

Essential Skills

+ Basic computer skills, including ability to navigate programs similar to internet browsing, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude.

+ Previous experience in electronic assembly and soldering is preferred.

+ Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints.

+ Great attitude and willingness to be flexible.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.

+ One or more years of related experience is preferred.

+ Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and support improvement initiatives.

+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Good oral and written communication skills.

+ Attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Shifts vary from A Shift (6 am to 6 pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday), C Shift (6 am to 6 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday), to swing shift (2 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday). Candidates can choose to sit or stand during their 10-hour shifts, with occasional overtime required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60/hr.
