With our award-winning Oura Ring and app, we help over 2.5 million people turn insights about sleep, activity, and readiness into healthier, more balanced lives. We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the Growth team during a maternity leave. During the coverage period, you’ll be the go-to person for Lifecycle strategy and channel management, expected to lead both planning and execution with support from agency and internal collaborators. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and maintain momentum on critical campaigns, while contributing to overall program performance and strategic progress.
You will report to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, and work closely with key stakeholders across Product, Creative, Marketing Ops, and Commerce/Membership groups within the wider Marketing team, as well as collaborate with cross-functional partners.
What you will do:
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lifecycle team including the key marketing systems (Braze + Attentive), content calendar and production workstreams, and program optimization.
+ Contribute to cross-functional planning meetings and represent Lifecycle Marketing in go-to-market launches, product updates, and promotional moments.
+ Develop and execute Channel plans and Lifecycle strategies for campaigns and always-on programs across the user journey.
+ Drive performance reporting and measurement on Lifecycle strategies and campaigns, communicating results, insights, and recommendations upwards on a regular basis.
+ Manage the production of engaging, empathetic, and relevant messaging that converts across channels and audiences in collaboration with Editorial and Creative teams.
+ Ensure proper email communication hygiene and compliance protocols, following GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc. standards as they are necessary
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
+ 7+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record for success in startup environments
+ Direct experience with the full suite of Braze features and channels (CRM)
+ Direct experience with visualization and analytics tools such as amplitude and snowflake (SQL is plus)
+ Confident communicator and collaborator who can step into a lead role and keep stakeholders aligned
+ Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and can work autonomously and collaboratively in an ambiguous environment.
+ Excellent project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage many moving pieces independently
Benefits
At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. Everyone here at Oura has a ring of their own and we are continually looking to improve employee health.
What we offer:
+ Competitive salary
+ Health, dental, and vision insurance
