What You’ll Do:

+ Guide customers through their car-buying journey with enthusiasm and professionalism

+ Build lasting relationships through trust, follow-up, and great service

+ Respond to leads (online, phone, and in-store) and turn interest into action

+ Keep learning with ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge

Who We’re Looking For:

+ Friendly, outgoing, and great at building relationships

+ Motivated by results and energized by a fast-paced environment

+ Comfortable with uncertainty and quick to adapt

+ Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

+ Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ High school diploma or equivalent required
