About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in vehicle titles and registration? We’re looking for a Title and Registration Specialist to join a fast-paced, mission-driven team in Vernon Hills, IL. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, supporting internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to members and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process vehicle titles in accordance with state and DMV guidelines

+ Prepare and update loan records and documentation

+ Communicate with third-party partners to support title perfection and product claims

+ Assist internal departments via email and Microsoft Teams with title-related problem solving

+ Review, sort, and file incoming mail for imaging or routing to the titles department

+ Support the team in delivering a high-quality member experience

+ Meet and exceed service level standards

What You’ll Need:

Must-Haves:

+ Minimum 6 months of experience in titles and registration (dealership, credit union, or currency exchange)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

+ High school diploma or GED

Nice-to-Haves:

+ Experience in financial services or credit unions

+ Familiarity with systems like Symitar, Salesforce, TruStage, Accelerant, or LifeCycle

+ College education or coursework

Work Environment:

+ Onsite in Vernon Hills, IL (with potential for 1 remote day/week after training)

+ Hands-on, learn-as-you-go training environment

+ Paid holidays during contract (including MLK Day, Presidents Day, Juneteenth, and other bank holidays)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
