    As a Vice President and Learning Developer on the Merchant Services Learning Innovation team, you will play a strategic role in designing and delivering compelling Learning and Development programs and assets in the Merchant Services business. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team to create exceptional and impactful learning solutions for Merchant Services colleagues, Treasury Management Officers, and Bankers across diverse industries and lines of business. You will have the opportunity to design and enhance learning experiences that align with Merchant Services capabilities and Strategic Industry initiatives, ensuring they resonate with key stakeholders across various functions and levels. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Leverage instructional design principles to develop comprehensive learning and development engagements including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.

    + Create clear and concise educational materials with both the learner and instructor in mind.

    + Utilize eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360) and content management systems to develop interactive, accessible content.

    + Support the creation of Instructor-led training (ILT).

    + Create user guides, manuals, and FAQs.

    + Create compelling assets that tell a story and effectively communicate key insights, themes, and initiatives.

    + Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with the company's strategic goals.

    + Enhance employee performance and engagement through innovative learning solutions.

    + Manage content effectively to ensure it meets the needs of diverse stakeholders across industries and lines of business.

    + Coordinate and communicate across various functions and levels to ensure successful program delivery.

    + Support L&D project delivery schedules and coordinate feedback loops with stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or related fields.

    + 7+ years of experience in Payments, Financial Services, or B2B industries.

    + Deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Adept with Articulate Suite: Storyline, Rise, etc.

    + Proficiency and experience with eLearning tools such as Captivate and ProBuilder.

    + Visual design skills (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc. ) and ability to storyboard.

    + Experience building and implementing a new learning and development programs, including the associated change management activities.

    + Expertise in the development, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives to support ongoing improvements in knowledge, skills, process, and engagement.

    + Experience directly leading and developing professional level employees.

    + Experience collaborating with senior leaders to influence the development of business strategy, key performance indicators, etc.;Help define and drive continuous improvement of Learning & Development solutions and programs with a view of external best practices and internal stakeholder requirements.

    + Manage design and optimization of learning programs, working with multiple stakeholders and providing timely updates to leadership; Knowledge of the L&D function service delivery model and ways of working, including: function processes, technology/systems, and the organization structure and roles, especially for Skills & Career solutions.

    + Strong presentation and facilitation skills with advanced expertise in PowerPoint to deliver impactful presentations; Strong executive presence. Expert written and verbal communications skills with experience delivering to senior audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Experience driving strategic learning and development initiatives in a Merchant Services environment.

    + Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

    + Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.

    + Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills; Project management and execution experience.

    + Experience with data analytics and measurement of learning outcomes.

    + Familiarity with emerging technologies in learning and development, such as AI and VR.

    + Experience building training strategy and plans from the "ground up"; Experience assessing and creating skills and competency models.

    Jersey City,NJ $128,250.00 - $205,000.00 / year; Chicago,IL $107,350.00 - $165,500.00 / year
