Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Leading the New Product Introduction (NPI’s) process by driving execution, planning, control, and completion of project and program deliverables across the MR’s (Magnetic Resonance) portfolio of NPIs. Responsible for program execution across all NPI phases, from initiation to commercial launch. Lead cross-functional initiatives to align advanced technology development with the MR technology roadmap. Drive process rigor to ensure successful completion of NPI programs that meet cost, quality, and schedule targets as defined by the MR business segment.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in Program Management or New Product Introduction within the medical industry. Work experience to include: Software or hardware technology development within the medical industry; Leading a global cross functional team; Driving technology development and regulatory submissions (e.g. FDA 510(k)); Experience with regulatory standards including FDA (Food and Drug Administration), CE (Conformite Europeene), or NMPA (National Medical Products Administration); Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Systems; and Clinical experience for program execution and customer interaction.
