    Our client is seeking a talented Software Developer to join their dynamic team. You will work on integrating a third-party billing system and developing an abstraction layer to ensure vendor independence. The role requires strong AWS experience and proficiency in TypeScript and Python.

     

    Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

     

    Rate: $55 - $70 / hr. w2

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain applications using TypeScript and Python.

    + Leverage AWS services, including EKS, ECS, and serverless functions (Lambdas), to build scalable solutions.

    + Integrate a third-party billing system and develop an abstraction layer for vendor protection.

    + Collaborate with the team using agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage development tasks and sprints.

    + Create and manage development stories, assign tasks, and integrate solutions into the CI/CD pipeline.

    + Develop scripts and APIs to facilitate registration and request handling.

    + Configure billing-related features such as rate plans, product catalogs, and customer management.

    Experience Requirements:

    + Strong experience with AWS, including EKS, ECS, and serverless architecture.

    + Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.

    + Experience with Docker containers and microservices architecture.

    + Familiarity with agile development practices and tools like Jira.

    + Experience with billing systems and API development is a plus.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Knowledge of billing configurations and rate plan management.

    + Experience with API development and integration.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
