_Ready to grow your career with a company that values your skills and supports your success? We're looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician with previous coaching experience to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled facility with top-of-the-line equipment and technology!_

**Pay:** $35– $42/hr DOE

**Schedule:** 4x10 Mon – Thurs (3PM – 2AM)

**Location:** Countryside, IL

Responsibilities:

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.

+ Maintain and repair production line equipment including fillers, cappers, conveyors, bundlers, coders, labelers, and box makers

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with a variety of packaging and production machinery.

+ Support production efficiency and uptime by responding quickly to equipment issues.

+ Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma Minimum; Associates Degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or regulated environment (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production, or similar).

+ Prior experience coaching or supporting maintenance personnel in a hands-on environment

+ Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
